Do you want to get or stay fit without thinking about which exercise you should do, if your technique is good and if you have trained effectively? Then Wodbeast is definitely the place to go. Small, challenging groups where everyone helps and challenges each other in a fun sporting way. After 1 year I still come home with muscle pain.
