The Sir Winston Fitness is a small but rather premium gym. They have quite the standard amount of equipment, but lack some equipment for rather unknown exercises. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have good tips and as far as I was able to see, provide very good and personal, personal training. They seem to really interact with their customers to a personal degree. The gym is not too crowded, even in the evenings. If you prefer being able to workout in peace without long queues for equipment, this gym would be more than able to fulfill your needs.
