Haarvisie - Gun jezelf het mooiste Haar

I really wish I could leave a positive review because the personal contact with the hairdresser was amicable. Given the prices we pay for the service at this salon however - I feel I owe it to the future clients to share my experience. My expectations have been expressed clearly, not just in words, but with pictures that are requested in advance. Also during the appointment we looked at pictures together and came to an agreement about the color. I clearly requested blond (just a warmer shade from my original color). The result was a mocha / brown (One of the worst colors I have ever had). Clearly, not even close to what we agreed upon. When I expressed my disappointment the hair expert claimed it was a "miscommunication" and reassured me that the color will "lighten with washing." This, in itself raises the question - why do we pay 255 Euro for something that is expected to fade that soon? To correct the problem - she darkened my roots (to create the illusion that my hair was lighter than it turned out). This, and the further attempt to strip the color - have left my hair in an even worse condition that I started with. She expressed expressed regret, so this is not a review reflective of the customer friendliness. I have been saving for this treatment for a long time and am terribly saddened I trusted this salon.

Excellent hairdressers. After visiting more than 5 other salons in Den Haag I finally found Haarvisie. I have been going here for over 2 years now. They are excellent. I always get a good cut and colour. Nice friendly relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Nice place for a hair cut, friendly atmosphere. Good quality service. Except the price is a bit expensive.
