I went in June 2020 for a balayage and 9 months later my hair still looks as beautiful as before. I definitely recommend this salon. I have never been more happy with my hair color! I'll definitely return. Thanks.

Not satisfied with the end result and how the treatment had gone. No attention to detail.

On July 14, 2020 I made an appointment with Colourco to dye my hair. This day I get advice from Selcuk that I better put on extensions to restore my hair. I have never had extensions before I asked if that could damage my hair otherwise I don't want to do anything with my hair for now. They said no that does not damage at all, and that it is going to restore My hair. According to him I could not dye for 9 months, because I could use extensions 3 times for 3 months. I have based on his experience and have given permission to put extensions. Two weeks ago, 3 extensions fell off and I got a bald spot on my head. I called to see if they can check they did. I have to get extensions out, because according to him it expanded quickly and they had to come out earlier. Yesterday I went they removed extensions and unfortunately I am running out of hair. I was disappointed, sad and could cry that this is happening because my hair means a lot to me. Also € 600 that I paid to completely destroy my hair. This is not the worst! When I leave I am against Surcuk I am really not happy please do not do this to other people anymore, he replied pay your bill and leave your hair was already like that. Then I got angry too, but paid € 80 neatly. At my request for a solution, they owner that I have to pay my bill and can go away, because he has no see to listen that I am not satisfied. I came home seen I was amazed what happened to my hair. I messaged next day if they can suggest a solution and get message back not professional at all. This says enough about their working method and customer satisfaction. I want to warn other people with this. Find another hijacker before is too late! If extensions were that bad I wouldn't have clients taking extensions. Your statements were disrespectful yesterday. I have been doing this profession for 17 years and know very well what I am doing. You could use the extensions for 1 more year. It was your own choice so nothing was lied or whatever. I am not so sad to scam people for a few hundred euros. It is quite normal that you paid € 80 as I took out all your extensions 1 by 1 last night. You came to me with totally chipped burnt hair and I still tried to help you. I recently got my hair dyed (balayage) here, my hair has never been dyed so beautifully and it doesn't feel damaged at all. I am very happy with the result and will definitely be back!
