It's that I have to star to give a rating ... but man man man what an unfriendly company. Not customer or service oriented at all.
The company is only making money and absolutely does not want to think along with its customers in any way.
Definitely won't recommend anyone to go to this over-priced unfriendly unprofessional gym. There are many better alternatives where you get more value for your money and human contact is important. Like a mymove ..
Disgusting customer service, not at all personal, play the cards to their own liking. You are poorly helped, especially during this difficult time. This gym is not looking for you, but for your wallet.
Health club guidance very inadequate.
After a serious fall I was unable to get up for a long time (have 2 hip prostheses). I was launched because a weight came loose, it was very quiet and the other visitors could not see me. After I finally got up I went to the reception and complained that there was no instructor present. Because there was a very uninterested response, I indicated that I wanted to submit a complaint. The comment "you have to do that" closed the door for me.
Great fine gym. Too bad that the pool is often occupied for non gym related activities. (Swimming lessons for kids) so you can not use them. Otherwise certainly 5 stars.
