Neat company, good manners and fast handling of fault reports

JDU Installation company in Krimpen aan de Lek; VERY POOR SERVICE: after not properly performed 1st service / inspection in a house not yet inhabited by us. Technician has been twice for the same installation and forgot to check some elements. This means that the customer (me) needs 2x work / travel time / car costs? Pay ?? :-( Strange business in my opinion. Employee of this company is not going to compensate for these costs. What I really think is crazy. No more business with this company and I will certainly NOT recommend this company to other people. I'm going to have this monitored by the consumer association and radar. They deserve a VERY COLD SHOWER.
