Top bread, bun, pastries, biscuits ..... actually everything is tasty. a few months ago delicious birthday cake for our daughter ordered again above expectations! Also, the staff are very pleasant and know about their products. For us, this is the best bakery, so come here every week to get our groceries. recommended to take the boluses with pudding in them are delicious !!!

Great bakery! We have been coming to the Ridderkerk store for years. After our move to Hendrik Ido Ambacht, a Voordijk store soon arrived. Even now one in Zwijndrecht which is even closer in view of our living space. We are happy with you, delicious bread but also delicious cakes and chocolate.

Bakery Voordijk is an artisanal bread and pastry bakery where the most delicious breads, cakes and pastries are baked for you every day with a lot of love. All these products are available in stores, in this region they are the stores in Ridderkerk and Hendrik Ido Ambacht. But there are other bakery shops (including in the Hoeksche Waard) with the name Voordijk, although bakery Voordijk, but still family. Bakery Voordijk is a family business where the 6th generation has been baking fresh products daily for over 100 years with great enthusiasm. In 1897 Goris Voordijk, whose father and grandfather were baker's servants at Flakkee, established himself as a baker in the church street in Oud-Beijerland. With the “Beestenmarkt” in October it was high time with the sale of oliebollen. Although there is no longer an animal market, the term “oliebollenbakker Voordijk” dates from this time. In 1919 the company moved to Molendijk 42. Over the years, son Johannes came to the bakery and succeeded his father. Johannes' youngest son, Gerlé, then came into the store. In 1969 he took over the company and the range was expanded with banquet. Gerlé's three sons are the sixth generation active in the bakery industry. The branch in Oud-Beijerland is run by Kees Voordijk, now with the help of father Gerlé. The eldest son Hans owns the bakery “Den Soeten Inval” in Goes. Bakery Voordijk has now also opened in Ridderkerk and Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, where Geert Voordijk has realized 2 completely new shops. The shops of bakery Voordijk are all modern shops, clean and tidy and many refrigerated display cases. The quality is as befits a traditional bakery.
