Too bad waiting for our money back booked last year never book with you again

Just talked to an employee about the fact that after six months we could finally request our voucher to get our money back ... our request is being processed but can take another six months. This means that we can wait a year for our money. Surprised, we now see on the Sunweb website that if someone books their holiday now and it is canceled, there is the guarantee that the money will be refunded within 2 weeks. What we do not understand now is that we are not entitled to our money earlier, we cannot pay you back and new bookers / customers do you try to entice people to book now make sure you have your affairs in order and you deal with things before you create new problems for yourself. Or is it that you lure people with a false promise and they can eventually wait a year for their money. We are extremely disappointed in you and advise against anyone not to book with you. Have been trying to get my money back from my June 2020 vacation since September

Bad service, don't keep promises. Ridiculous price increase, take way too long to cash out voucher. Customer is really disadvantaged.
