Completely jerk. I would book your trip elsewhere.

A friend booked a vacation for me and 3 friends We went to loret now I tried to post a partial cancellation on my beachmasters site then I got an error in my screen I had then sent an email and received a reply only a week later my friend who also wanted to cancel had already called and nobody got 2x on the line unbelievable right? It should have been canceled for the 2 of us now but I'm not sure as we didn't have an extra email confirming the cancellation So beachmasters contact me? through badly arranged people please note !!!

I have been trying to cancel our holiday for a week because no good offers have been made to us. Unfortunately, the site gives an error every time I want to cancel. However, getting in touch with beachmasters is impossible and there is no response to our emails, but in the meantime the costs of canceling are becoming increasingly expensive. So if you want to book a holiday where everything is well organized, I would not book with Beachmasters because if you want to cancel the holiday it does not work, but they let the costs increase!

I would really appreciate it if responding to emails. The phone is not answered at all. I have to respond within 5 days, but if I have any questions about this myself, I will not be given the opportunity to ask them. Extremely disappointing. I hope that I will be contacted soon.
