Never, NEVER a trip through GOGO again !!! Never experienced such a bad and customer-unfriendly organization! My son was supposed to go to Greece with 8 friends last summer vacation. Due to the uncertainty about Corona and the negative travel advice, they have decided to cancel the trip. A few days before the cancellation, GOGO sent an email to the main booker (the other travelers have not heard from, while GOGO did have their email addresses), promising a voucher if they wanted to cancel the trip. This offer was 10 days. valid. The main booker did not see this email at that time, so GOGO now says that the right to the voucher expires. While the cancellation fell within those ten days! No human reaction from GOGO at all, hiding behind 'the rules' and nothing is possible. HARD CHANCES to make money on the back of young people who have worked very hard all year to be able to go on holiday. GOGO's response was; yes, then they should have responded to the email. The cancellation was within 10 days of the offer. They could also just go, says GOGO, but then they would have to be quarantined in Greece for 2 weeks. No phone call about the offer, just an email to 1 person! Too sad for words !!! You can put more than € 1929 in your pocket and leave hard-working young people out in the cold. NEVER GOGO AGAIN ....

Worthless! Zero stars. My daughter was due to leave for Portugal with a group of friends on July 1. Two weeks before, they had to pay the second installment of the trip. After several emails to GoGo, asking whether the trip would go ahead at all due to corona, they eventually received an email back. With the announcement that it would continue. The girls paid the remaining amount and promptly the next day: trip canceled! As if that was not known to GoGo the day before ..... Now they want to book a different destination by means of a voucher (after all, they have all requested holidays and would like to go on holiday), but they do not receive the voucher by email. And contact with customer service is, in some way, impossible. What a gang, this can be different ?!

LACKLESS, daughter booked trip to Albufeira in October, with 3 friends. Unfortunately corona came around the corner, often called but long waits on the phone before you even got through. Two out of four cannot book with gogo next year due to internship. Initially they offered to offer a voucher about the down payment, but they quickly came back to that. So canceled ourselves for the safety of our children. So deposit lost the hard-earned money for the girls. Really outrageous that they do it like this, never no gogo here again !!

Outrageous service, these corona times hit hard at a travel agency. But NO any form of communication to the customer. No mail or no phone call. Have to look up everything on the website. This while GoFun immediately provided clarity (by mail) and canceled the trips. * edit I decide to cancel my holiday now, I have to pay extra without going on a trip. All this while I have no information about how things are going on the spot (due to corona). Turns out it can all be done at the last minute, but you decide not to go yourself (because it just doesn't feel right at this time and GoFun has already canceled everything). Do you have to pay even more, all because you just want to know how it goes at destination. I have lost your deposit, but extra costs .... that is just not appropriate if you do not have the complete information and therefore cannot determine for yourself whether you are going or not. Lousy system! * edit 2: Never call this number, it is a 0900 number with normal costs. I waited 40 minutes to get someone on the line, so I had to pay about 15 euros for the call I had today and 10 euros for the call on 18 May. Utterly shameful for the service that is provided. No more GoGo when I look at how customers are now treated.

What a sad tour company in time with so much uncertainty because of the Corona. Where other larger and smaller travel organizations think and communicate, they do not hear from them. Mail is not responded to and you only get through with a call after more than an hour to speak to an employee who reads gogo's policy neatly. And that means that they want as much money from the young people as possible. No custom cancellation fees. They simply say: for us, the reason does not matter why you cancel and if you want to do it yourself it just costs you at least 30% of the travel sum. So if you wait until 2 weeks before departure to cancel, you will even lose 75%! And of course they cannot promise that the trip will continue. So we hope that the trip is canceled by gogo itself and then ask for a refund. We will not accept a voucher because we will certainly not book with gogo or sunweb again.
