We made an appointment several weeks ago to have a quote made. Unfortunately, there is no one who comes by or makes a neat call that the appointment could not go ahead due to circumstances. Then you want to make a new appointment but you don't get to it because the one on the phone won't let you out and you won't be told in such a friendly way that I "can go looking for someone else because the company still has enough customers has"
