Unfortunately had a bad experience with Rieske Bv. After we called to resolve an error message, a technician came who had hired Rieske Bv externally. Unfortunately, this technician failed to perform a thorough problem analysis in the first instance in order to find out the cause of the actual problem. The mechanic only replaced a part in the hope that this solved the problem. Unfortunately, this was not the case, a few hours after the technician had left, the boiler indicated that it was still facing the same problem as before. After this I contacted rieske bv, in the hope that they might be able to offer a solution. Unfortunately they were not willing to do this, she stated that it was not their problem that the mechanic had replaced a part that was not the problem. She stated that it could be several things and so it was gambling according to them. This was the risk for myself (the customer). When I asked for a discount for a second visit to fix the original error, she stated that they couldn't do this. After this I decided not to continue with rieske bv. Unfortunately rieske Bv was not finished with me yet. A week after the default, an invoice was received that was many times higher than initially communicated by rieske bv. In short, bad service at too high a price. Not recommended.

We have taken over the boiler's maintenance contract with Rieske from the previous residents. By phone I was informed by Rieske that I had to take into account 80-90 euros. Seems reasonable to me. The first two appointments had to be canceled due to a sick mechanic. Can happen, but a waste of the hours of leave taken for that. The mechanic was there on the third attempt, but he did not have the gasket with him. Seems to me an essential part for periodic boiler maintenance. The ignition cable also had to be replaced, which turned out to have been provisionally repaired. Strange that this was noticeable now, because the boiler had been under maintenance at Rieske for many years. So the mechanic had to come a second time to finish the job. And then an invoice of 300-330 euros follows, of which 242-276 euros are wages. Despite requests to do so, riekse does not specify this. Just the statement that it is based on the mechanic's travel and parking time. Do not count on decent answers at this company. Afrader.
