I am Ella, a lovely young Labrador. I love eating good food, actually any food or also if it is not food at all. That is how I tried to eat a hook from the fishermen at Bergse Bos😱. It was a huge hook, really. It finally stuck in my upper lip - it was really painful. 😢 Now, the dierenarts in terbregge was really, really great. Although I did not have an appointment of course, they took directly care of me, put me into a light anaesthetic and took this hook out of my mouth with great carefulness - which was pretty difficult as I was told by my beloved humans🤗👌👍👏. Now, one day later - I went on holiday with my humans, I already forgot what happened, tried to eat fish at the beach again and everything is great!! Dear dierenarts in Terbregge, many, many thanks, you did a really great job. I strongly recommend you to anyone who is in need of vet! You are nice, fast and really good!😉🍀😁🐕🐾🦈

Really bad experience. They forced my cat to give vaccinations in 2018 which made him super nervous and aggressive every time since. And without even trying to calm him down, the only “check” the vet performed was to writhing my cat, actually I put my cat on the scale. And they still charged me fee for check-up. So disappointed.

Since 2008, we have been coming to Ommoord Animal Clinic. Unfortunately since the renovation, there has been some turnover of new faces. With which you unfortunately cannot build a relationship. Everything now revolves around grabbing as much as possible and bringing in money. Unsolicited they offer expensive ointments, certain foods, you name it. And the beauty of it they play on the owner's feeling. Your buddy deserves this and that, you also eat quality food, right? What also strikes me is that vaccinations and other simple procedures have become considerably more expensive. After all, a beautiful building has to be paid for. In terms of skill they will get it, but gosh, you get the feeling that you are part of a TV Shop commercial. Unfortunately, it is a revenue model where animal welfare is no longer "1". It is time to look for an alternative.
