I ended up with Ed Dokman through another provider. I first had to supply literally all the documents precisely and completely (including the employer's statement) before my case could be processed. Ed then promised to give me a response within 2 to 3 working days. After 6 days I still hadn't heard from him. He didn't respond to my emails and when I called him I got his assistants on the phone who told me he wasn't there. Eventually he called me back, apologized and said this was because of the crowds and vacation time and would not happen again. I understood this, although I thought he could pass that on as well. Then, after a few days, he sent a global advice with a proposal to discuss this by telephone. However, he only gave day when no calls could be made. I called several times on the given day and couldn't reach him. In the morning he was not working according to his assistants and in the afternoon he had appointments. Finally he called me at the end of the day when I was no longer available. This was also a reason for me to chop off this man. I think you should keep appointments and don't ask people to call you if you already know you're not available. That saves a lot of inconvenience and frustration.
