This shop is just ok. Staff willing to help you out and most of the times they have just what you are looking for. Give them a chance and compare them against the Mediamarkt also at this shopping area. BCC is quieter, the more relaxed place to go, and they have staff that seem to actually care.
We bought a washing machine, payed it in the shop, it should be delivered to our house 4 days later. The delivery is still pending now since a week. We tried to get in contact with their service via phone, mail, whatsapp, facebook and twitter. No reaction at all.
Do you call this „service“?
Very decent sized BCC store with free parking. Easily accessible too.
Very helpful staff. If you can't find what you're looking for, across the square there is another big electronics shop.
When BCC delivers a faulty product, it takes more than 70 days before you will be refunded. In the meantime, promises are made time and time again that are not kept (if the effort is made to respond at all.) BCC usually sells good products, but the customer services is so extremely poor / unreliable that even 1 star is too much. is.
