Every week at Muin, I find my portion of rest and relaxation and I go home 'as new' ... and after only a few weeks of yoga, I notice that I'm literally going more smoothly through life.

Super relaxed yoga. Do their very best to keep it accessible to everyone. Young and old, everything runs through each other. Providing peace and a nice atmosphere.

Had my first yoga class of the new season again. Delicious! Immediately feel fitter, more energetic and relaxed. It is a combination of training your body, becoming flexible and relaxing. That in a very nice space with a very knowledgeable teacher. Recommended!

Very nice yoga classes! Accessible and easy to follow for everyone: thick, thin, stiff or wooden! Good guidance with a good dose of humor so that you enjoy going to class every time
