I was only able to go for a month. Lisa and Dennis are great trainers. All the customers are friendly. This is a great place to get a workout!

Come and train here for almost 3 years with great pleasure. Even with 3 times a week do you do every time a new challenge against. Can honestly say that thanks to CFC I have never been so fit!

I have been in this box for several years now and still enjoy going there. The trainers are very involved and competent, also for people with injuries or disabilities. On the spot, a customized training is offered so that you can still participate, very nice. In addition, it is always fun, both with the workouts and with the barbeques that are occasionally organized. Recommended!

I started a year ago after I had consciously put the sport on the back burner for a while due to personal circumstances. For years I was used to the gym: individual and group training. I was immediately positively surprised in Culmeobrg because I had to take 8 intensive beginners lessons before I could participate in the 'real' lesson. Very professional and very conscious building of condition & strength and avoiding injuries. A lot of attention is paid to technology and doing things the right way - at your own level. The atmosphere is great and everyone immediately introduced themselves, so you immediately feel included in the group. In a gym that is sometimes different .. Besides that, you train a different combination of exercises every time and you are always triggered in a different way. Compared to my body pump training sessions from the past (a new training module every quarter, exactly the same exercises, the same order, the same music) a whole improvement. Warning: there is serious hard training :)
