Gerard Schouten has given us excellent assistance with the sale of our home. Excellent broker with knowledge, friendly and both buyers and sellers are adequately and quickly informed. The sales file is fully available online, so that you have a good overview of the broker's activities and the planning of the viewings. We have known De Gier for more than 20 years. They have always taken good care of the sale of our previous homes.

Good experiences with De Gier and real estate agent Gerard Schouten who supervised the purchase of our house in Wijk bij Duurstede. And for a decent all-inclusive price.

Good estate agency, nice people know what they are talking about. Our house sold in wooden within a week and a half. Toi toi toi keep it up.

I would not recommend this agent. Sloppy administrative errors, do not make agreements. Little to no efforts to achieve results. Sin!

Well-arranged office in the heart of the neighborhood near Duurstede. Just walking in is worthwhile if you want to buy or sell a house.
