As a "borrower" several projects done with GVE. The first project was in 2013. Then everything went fairly smoothly. Arranged within a few weeks. Everything neatly refunded. The second project was a bit more difficult. Because the conditions were then adjusted. But this project can also be completed within a few hours. A third project in 2019. Drama. So many demands. Like a bank, but worse. The information was very bad. The guidance is not special either. But now we are in the corona. Case closed and no turnover. Difficult to meet current terms. We have been trying to discuss a solution since the beginning of this year, but no response at all. Already tried to make contact 3 times, but without feedback. At first I thought they no longer existed. But that is not the case. Should there ever be a project, then we will look for another provider, I think.

As an investor since 2015, I am not enthusiastic about following up on defaulters, so I have stopped new investments. Most of the positive reviews are from borrowers, I can imagine. In my opinion, the emphasis is too much on quickly funding new projects and far too little on monitoring defaulters. GVE does not follow up sufficiently proactively and decisively and does not respond to concrete questions about specific non-payments.

My experience: Stay away like an investor! Positive reviews from borrowers, easy money for them. Invested in 13 projects, 4 of which are bankrupt (some with PD below 1). Years without payments or news. I just hope to get my initial investment back. Update: 5 projects bankrupt!

Plenty of financing and a more limited demand for resources. With the more interesting financing applications you quickly find yourself behind the net / you are too late to register (website crashes etc)
