On Saturday afternoon I arrive at 4:00 PM - from Veenendaal because the offices are closed there - in front of the ING service point (open until 5:00 PM). The employee indicates that she is 'no longer doing this' and that the person who can do this has already left at 3:30 PM. In any case, adjust the opening hours.
Horrible somewhat unsympathetic staff! Customer friendliness course would be appropriate.
Beautiful shop, friendly person and a wide range. They are also an official PostNL point where you can hand in, send and collect parcels.
