Good and fun Personal Gym where quality is of paramount importance. The trainers have a lot of knowledge that they are all too happy to share with their clients. The physical aspect as an experienced athlete was not necessarily the challenge for me, more the mental aspect. Especially trainer / owner Rodney Rijnbergen helped me with this. Thanks Rodney.
