Great place to exercise with personal attention and guidance. They are not the cheapest, you pay for quality. Regular measurements allow you to see / notice quick results, even with 35 minutes of exercise twice a week.

The outdoor sport that was offered in corona time was very well organized. Everyone could schedule differently every day at a time. Now I still use the boot camp that is still offered. Awesome. Motivating coaches
