After having contacted various unclogging services, I had the best feeling with René on the phone. And am I glad I followed my gut! He was able to come quickly and did everything he could to solve the problem with my sewer. Because there were guests temporarily staying in my home at that time, I had my hands in the hair. But René remained calm and convinced that it could be solved. And so it turned out. Also someone who draws up a fair bill and does not charge unnecessary extras! Thank you very much René !!

Called today for an appointment and helped immediately today. What a great service. We had a clogged sink in the kitchen on and off. Of course we have had someone come before and the problem was solved for a while, but it always returned. This time this incident was put to the men of Van Egmond. Without a murmur, they analyzed the problem in our tight crawl space and pointed it out to us. After a few hours they were done with a great result. The water in the gutter drains away in a whirlpool (I have never experienced this before in this house) My advice is look no further and let this company help you.

Leak and they came right away, but of course the leak stopped for a while. They found nothing, but call-out costs of course. If the leak returned, we wouldn't have to pay any call-out charges next time. Hours later it leaked again, made an appointment, had to order parts themselves, they would be there early in the morning. Called at the end of the day because there were not yet. Would have left a voicemail that they would not save, but we had not received anything, so waited all day for nothing. They would come again a few days later. Nothing again. Called again. Voicemail would have been left again, then left two telephone numbers. A donkey does not hit the same stone twice, so we are complete donkeys, because they have already let us down four times and each time they would have called that it was not going to work ... They have always swore to schedule us and we would be called again for a new appointment, but after 4 times I did not call and they never contacted again. So I paid costs for a problem that has not been solved and to sit at home for 4 days waiting for John with the cap and also bought those parts. Another plumber says that he will not use any parts other than his own due to warranty, so I lost so much more money and in the meantime it is leaking. And thanks!

Well, you will always see a blockage in the toilet drain just before the weekend. And then just see how to find a good and reliable unblocking company. Van Egmond lives up to the positive reviews here. A young man with his own company who knows how important satisfied customers are. Does a good job and works with clear price agreements. Compliments!

On behalf of a lady (85 years old) in Kootwijk, we called at the end of the afternoon (early November 2020) because the toilet was blocked. It was positive that van Egmond was there with an hour. He also immediately saw the problem and said "this will be solved in no time". Well it wasn't! It couldn't just be fixed and he would come again the next day (Friday). And left the 85-year-old woman with a toilet and the hall full of mud! There had to be a debit card immediately because he is a one-man business and badly needs the money. The entire garden turned upside down on Friday to no avail! The sewer could not be found ......., by sewer service from Egmond. But again right away because he is a one-man business .... Leave the crane and trailer in the driveway all weekend so that no one could pass. He would solve it on Monday. In the meantime, we had asked the municipality for a drawing where the sewer is located. Perhaps it would have been handy that van Egmond had requested this from the municipality on Friday before his second search ...! ?? On Mondays, the gentleman just didn't show up, didn't even ring a bell, nothing at all! After some phone calls with his planner, he would come to solve the problem on Thursday. That eventually worked out, but sir wanted to split the rent of the crane in the stomach. It cost this lady of 85 years almost € 1200 and he left her with a front garden completely turned upside down, because the resident had to put it right herself. (he is not a gardener, it was told) and she had sleepless nights. This man has no manners, no knowledge and is only after money! He is really calling all day long, and of course the counter for the resident continues to run at € 60 per hour! Because he is a sole proprietorship and cannot spare the money ..... Well, this lady cannot afford to miss the money and of the € 1200.- he has certainly called 50% of his time to bring in the next victims. In any case, he no longer has to come to Kootwijk, as most residents have seen and heard enough there.
