Wanted to amend my order well before the delivery date and they cancelled the whole order because it 'was already paid'. I've never had a problem with this with other companies; generally they are happy to amend the original order, or to cancel the order and immediately make the new one and send a new payment ticket directly. I will be placing my whole, new order with another company.

Today the cake ordered by us for the birthday of our son who is received 1. Neatly on time, super packed, cooling elements included in the outer box. Cake itself neatly laid out and looks good! Delivery via PostNL neat track and trace, update slightly in advance that the delivery person was almost there and that was correct.

Very happy with the cake! Looks beautiful and delivered on time. Only the track and trace code in the mail did not work, but when I called them to ask for delivery time, they spoke to me well. Top service.

Very expensive red velvet cake from daughter who hopes to become 21 years old has not been delivered today because the cake was broken due to transport. Is this really the case ??? They don't offer an alternative. AND THANKS! Now let's see if we get our money back. What a worthless company. Very nice that we can also receive it a few days later -> WHAT IT'S GOOD FOR YOU NOW! RIDICULOUS ...........
