Everything has improved since they are here. The building is nicer, the assistants really care about you and the orthodontists, even though they speak half Spanish, are also much better. My compliments!

It is not the ladies, but what a terrible orthodontist works here. Mr. Pope's attitude shows that he is not looking forward to it today. He treats your child as if he is working on a manikin. The braces were tightened so much during checks that my son could no longer eat that day. He despises his receptionists behind the counter. They are foot sweeps for him. I think he considers everyone to be "untermensch". Talk to him about his attitude and he will ignite in a mixture of anger and denial. A brace is not pleasant, but he manages to make that experience worse. We have looked at his treatment for far too long and should have left this practice much earlier. What a nasty man! My son is now being treated by Kelderman from Zeist. Heaven what a relief! The clarity and even choice in the treatment, extensive (visual) explanation, duration and finances. Until a smile on the face of the practitioner. And it should be the same with Mr. Paping.

4 times my splint repaired within 2 months. Now the splint is broken again ..

Since Mr. Papings here is gone, and there is great improvement! Staff is very friendly and pleasant as usual. Thanks for the beautiful teeth!

After I had to walk around with an outboard bracket for four years longer than agreed, I could immediately go to the psychologist because of PTSD that I contracted from this orthodontist.
