This is not a good choice as a lawyer if children are involved. Really does not take children's interests into account. There has not even been any consultation with the children, and everything that has been told about lies has been blindly accepted. Ms Maats claims to take the interests of children into account, but in practice this is therefore an empty shell. Beware, the conflict has worsened mainly by this lawyer, especially at the expense of the children. That is the result of the advantageous all-in deals ... we no longer look for the best solution for everyone, because we simply have to deliver. We are sorry and sad.

Jessica is a very involved and knowledgeable lawyer that I would rather not have as a lawyer for the counterparty. The review by E Janssen (from Training in Velde in Utrecht) is clearly 1 from someone who does not understand that a lawyer is only doing his / her job. The fact that the outcome is not always pleasant for all parties does not have to be a reason to be a burden to a professional in person. Furthermore, it would suit you to just use your real name instead of hiding behind a pseudonym.

In contrast to the previous review, I believe that the interests of the children are at the heart of this lawyer. Jessica Maats helped me to always be open to a better division between the parents. She is very professional and takes the matter seriously, at the same time she is well able to understand all the wishes of everyone involved thanks to her large and versatile experience. Always available, always good advice, I think her is a winner.
