New client. Today I visited the bank for the second time and I was unable to open an account. The first time the office was closed and my appointment was not expedited. the second time I have my documentation and BSN number, I can't open the account either. They don't inform you well. It took me more than 1 month and a half to open an account. I'm going to do it in another bank. My money and time are important to me. Thanks for today. Now I know I want a good bank.

The chubby Morrocan guy with curly hair (doesn't display his name) needs to take a few classes on customer service. Extremely rude,unprofessional and unknowledgable. Cuts you off before listening to yoir question fully,tries to get rid of you by sending you online and answers to most questions with "I don't know"-what the hell are you doing there then!? A brick wall is just as helpful

Very bad place. As a client who wanted to open an account, I've never been treated so badly and with such a racism attitude and bad manners. Just because their fault and missed info to me, they've made me go 3 times to this horreful office, and last day was terrible. I left crying because their way they've treated me, as an european citizen, making me feel so bad, and with the Director rude manners, way of looking to me, together with a ugly slim guy at the door that also was very disrespectful and rude. Bad manners, bad education, cero consideration, clear racism, and even worse to a woman on her own. Disgusting. I would never ever recommend this bank and less this horreful office. Hope people know about it.
