Terrible experience, one of man cashier directly ignore me and ask next Dutch person, it seem to racial discrimination. Then I come to inquire something about my bank card questions and the cashier just give me a sheet, let me do by myself when I went home.

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience at this ING branch today. Despite a clear poster that stated that a maximum of 3 customers could enter the store, 10 people were inside. I waited nicely until the number of people had dropped and I could enter. Unfortunately, the people in line behind me did not appreciate this very much and I got the wind from the front. Enforcement of corona rules is apparently not done at this branch. Once inside I asked for help to access my savings account because online banking was out of order. With a short and terse "I cannot transfer anything here for you and I cannot do anything for you" I was able to go out empty-handed again. A sad state of affairs at a bank that is nevertheless known as reliable and service-oriented.

We come to the Overvecht office for business rack applications. We already have an ING rack. Empty office 2 men 1 lady. Question to 1 of the men: can we open a business rack? Answer: NO. Why not? Takes more than 30 min and that is risky. Question: you are behind the screen and what is not possible on the internet? Well, it is not possible. Also takes 6 weeks before we can do something. And then that is not yet certain. Better that you go to Bunq Q: Do you think that's normal? Is work by computer anyway? Look at us like: tjaaaaa. Okay. FF tried on the computer at another bank's home. Surprise? Everything arranged within 5 minutes. ING whatever happens? Well really not. Lousy attitude of all 3 employees. No interest in customer at all.
