As an English speaker (fresh arrival) just had the weirdest experience with this place. Sent a request via website, then received a call from. The lady on the line asked me in good English if I maybe have a Dutch speaking colleague to talk for me...
They are not the cheapest i think, but the cars are brand new and they have good communication. Will def return here
After you return you are charged for administrative costs and some other costs , the 65 EUR / day turns into 120 EUR !!! Bunch of crooks!
Great service
A satisfied business customer at AVA Rent for a year. A very professional company that always thinks along with you, is friendly and only has good material. Many other landlords cannot match this.
All freight vehicles are equipped with different maut and toll boxes, so that the driver can cross the border to our eastern or southern neighbors without any worries. One of our drivers did this recently and received a blowout tire with a trailer from us in Germany. Called AVA Rent and he arranged everything for us. The fact that they do this even for a vehicle that is not theirs indicates how high the service is at AVA Rent!
We will remain a customer here for a long time to come!
