You have been waiting for your packages for 3 weeks and incidentally, no confirmation is sent that the package is on its way or not. You will then receive only 1 component while you should receive two. Email contact and telephone contact is also very disappointing, I will not recommend this website.

Ordered six chairs eight weeks ago. Received two chairs after the agreed date - in a wrong color. Four chairs never receive and after many other mistakes that does not happen anymore, because they canceled the order and refunded the money. The latter is then the only good ... Further, no star worthy! Update! After having canceled, I got four more seats ... and paid well again. Also a surprise for discount luck ...

4 trees ordered. After 7 days the order was received within 4 sticks in a plastic bag without root ball or root. Complaints are handled poorly.
