If you are looking for work urgently, do not try to be completely dependent on them, because you may have to take a test or go through the application process and you do not, I repeat, receive feedback from the employer (Randstad customer), after which you have made every effort for nothing and after 2 to 3 weeks you are still without work and without income. In this case Randstad had put more effort into asking for feedback, but in my case this was insufficiently done. (so simply worded: test made, many hours spent on preparation, passed test, proposals to client, no interview, proposals to client, no interview, proposals to client, no interview, 3 weeks later, yes sorry! Client did not respond , we can try to find something else for you). Intermediary Snel indicates that I have proposed several times, but the client does not respond. Furthermore, no more effort was made, eg to call the contact person at their customer or to ask a Randstad contact person to visit the customer or through another department within that company, try to make contact to ask why there was no response. Damage: many lost hours, 2 to 3 weeks of lost time, no work and no income, starting to apply again. Applying for a position at this Randstad location can therefore mean that you will be asked to take a test, spend many hours on it in preparation, then you will not hear anything from the employer and the consultant does not take enough effort to still work with the employer. to make contact. The damage is for the applicant. Never focus on just 1 employment agency or this specific Randstad branch / this intermediary, but immediately send multiple applications to multiple employers.
