I just had a great experience with this company. A few months ago I ordered and received the saniwall pro up. Through the photo check (photos of the installation) found out that there is something wrong with the installation. The parts were missing (error lies with installation and not Broyeurexpert) and they have all done their best to get it done. My toilet still has to be properly connected, but because of those control photos and the service of these people I have every confidence in it.

I called for a new toilet for my parents. The old one leaked and was at least 12 years old. The man was cut short. However, I can imagine that if one gets 20 callers asking questions. And don't order anything that gets cut short. However, I called later and got a nice lady on the phone. Toilet ordered through the website. Picked up later. This was possible due to the Lock down. 1 person at once inside. Retrieved the toilet. Installed and works perfectly. Thanks to De Haas and Kramer Broyeurexper

Email sent asking which Sanibroyeur I could best order for our situation. Only answer we got back was a recommendation for the brand 'sanibroyeur'. We never received an answer to the question of which model. Update: certainly no message in my spam box and no incorrect information. If the application is incomplete, you could also have indicated this. You only respond with which brand is best. The response says it all. In the meantime, a lot of help from your competitor. In addition, I also understand that you cannot connect a sanitiser to a leaking sewer, but that was not the question either. We already have 2 other sanibroyeur toilets.

Most customer-unfriendly man in the Netherlands. Service a big 0 knowledge a thick 0 No knowledge at all what an unsympathetic person that is.
