I am writing this review to show my gratitude to Carla (Simmelink Advocatuur), because, as my lawyer, she has provided very professional support in the past 9 months and enabled me to gain a fair child alimony and holiday arrangement via the court. My case is complicated because my ex lives abroad. Carla not only has extensive experience in (international) family law, but also has great personality. She is very down to earth, responsive and efficient. She tries to find solutions for both parties and has compassion for the parties involved. I would really recommend Simmelink Advocatuur and Carla Simmelink, which in my case has done a fantastic job. I am a Norwegian man who just won a paternity recognition and a meeting with my Dutch daughter once a month with the help of Simmelink Advocatuur. For a first name change I was looking for a lawyer. I came into contact with Simmelink Law Firm through google. Despite this difficult time, the telephone contact went super, I felt seen and understood. It seemed impossible to have my first name changed since unfortunately I was not in possession of two important documents: Birth certificate and the Announcement of Dutch citizenship. I almost gave up, but Simmelink lawyer has done everything and made sure that it worked. Today I not only feel like Madalena Mataya, but I can really call myself that. Carla Simmelink is a very good lawyer. Intelligent, friendly and highly skilled. In my divorce, she arranged things very well and also gave a clear and good explanation to my ex.
