Unfortunately very bad experience with Willard plumber (Edwin). We were looking for a plumber for the preparation of our new kitchen. Willard did not keep to the agreements and did not do what he had to do. The kitchen supplier had supplied clear drawings but Willard did not like it. Gas tap mounted in the wrong place, drain not fixed to the sewer, leave the pipework behind the dishwasher while not allowed, left us with a leak and as a blow on the heat arrow just 5 days not to reach. Out of necessity hired another company to solve all the misery because we could not assume that Willard would still hear something from him. Willard pretends to be a company with a team of people, but that is not true. We want everyone who works with this plumber to realize just as well what he is starting because you can not call this a professional company.

Some results of Edwin's work: He was drilled through my hot water pipe. The result was, among other things, that two tiles had to be removed from my bathroom floor. I put tiles back in myself .. He did not tighten two couplings properly, resulting in leakage and a deflating CV Far too much coupling is used with a new radiator connection. It looks bad. And the worst of all is that he is not recovering anything and is not even answering his phone. Edwin had brought a friend who is not a plumber. That friend topped up my CV system and let it drain. My resume broke down 4 days after that work. Can be a lot of coincidence, but Edwin himself is a bit sad to pick up his phone when I'm in a cold house without marm water.

Willard plumber understands his trade, he has a few things connected to me (central heating, water and drainage), he is honest and honors his agreements and only leaves when everything works properly, dares to give a guarantee on the things he supplies , it is also fair if you come up with material yourself so you know where you stand. I recommend it to anyone who has a problem with basically everything to do with plumbing work.

Have been in contact with mr. Willard, never troubled, is busy, but does take time for the job. If you cannot reach him, try again later because he is doing his job ....
