Craftsman but a fair price. Although a clear offer was submitted in advance, there was no transparency as to what other profit was made on cheaper purchased materials. Not only were the assembly costs offered as a total price, this price was not adjusted after feedback from me as a customer, when the job turned out to take just one hour. 120 euros for an hour is a lot. Especially if the material purchased from wholesalers makes extra profit in which the plumber did not want to give me insight ("yes, ma'am, a supermarket also does not tell you the purchase price of a bag of chips ....". Well, that is something other than a tap at 200 euros). Tip: please purchase your own materials! As far as I am concerned, this man makes too much use of the normal customer with an average income and his lack of technical insight and tries to make more profit than is necessary. 440 euros for kitchen faucet and radiator knob with hour work is very high price. I am assuming that a net amount of 150-160 euros has been earned in a short period of time.
