My wife has a subscription. And every month the monthly rate is deducted twice. Already inquired a few times but does not change. And just calling is not possible. Very Disappointed

A number of years of fun sports. After the renovation, the lessons became much busier and the gym became a bit smoother and dirty (group lesson room, dressing room, toilet). The termination is a drama. You will be skipped, emails will not be answered or you will receive an answer that is not relevant to your question. Contact is best via messenger. The cancellation took 3 months. I paid until the end of September and Basic Fit refunded 16 euros. The entire period during the closing has also been charged. Of course I find it very annoying that the gym is currently obliged to close its doors. But do not believe that this should be my responsibility as other members will be compensated and get clarity.
