I had a leak. I had a few gentlemen from another company drop by to remedy this, but the on-site inspection was volatile and the quotations on the expensive side. I heard from another company that Rudde specializes in PVC and that I was at the right address. Appointment made and five days later there is a very skilled mechanic who within 10 minutes to determine the causes of what was not the gutter that the previous company had focused on immediately. At ease this has a few holes gekit and a new slice of roof material on top of it while he shows me well what is wrong. For the rest, this gentleman told me that my roof is still good for the next twenty years. And all that within an hour of arriving for the first visit. After the previous gentlemen, I expected to have a second visit. Not so! This is exactly the kind of knowledge I expect from a company specializing in something: the customer has a problem, the company solves it. Toppie!
