Ordered 3 cakes to treat at work. An hour before the time, she called to ask if there was a logo on the cream cake for 20 people. I had not ordered this cake at all, it was quickly discussed with "you do get a little discount on this cake" In the end the bill was almost double than I would actually get with the 3 cakes I ordered. I don't think the discount was given either. The cakes were good in taste, service below average simply by pushing the wrong order through and chasing the customer on costs.
Good service, friendly and helpful staff, and of course the tastiest pies and pies in Almelo.
