Hoogstraten Heating B.V. Bedros Acu Public places. More information People beware! Please go to a different company if you are at Hoogstraten (they are now called Morrenhof Jansen service but website Hoogstraten is still up and running and the company still seems to exist.) All nice and vague. Have agreements made regarding price / work confirmed in writing!

Very bad company. It seems like they have no knowledge of their eugen stuff at all. Sell ​​boiler with too little power to be cheaper than the competitor but the customer is then with a malfunctioning heating. Service not only gets you an invoice that is also higher than was agreed. Guided by a kind of caravan dweller and totally shocked employees. People prefer to buy elsewhere.

After making an appointment for the maintenance of my boiler the technician did not show up, so I called the office to ask what the problem was and why the appointment could not take place (half day off taken) I was then told that if an appointment is made, I should not expect them to arrive at the time that was agreed ... I was amazed to find out why this was and if anyone still came along today for the maintenance that the gentleman on the phone said i'm not going to argue and broke the connection. This company has already caused several leaks in my home due to negligence and it appears again and again to be a problem for this company to act normally against people and to do what it pays for to carry out their work on behalf of STJA. . I strongly discourage this company from everyone
