Nowadays it's so much harder to find a very good bakery in Haarlem than 20+ years ago. Fortunately we found this one in Haarlem which makes the best quality breads, so it's a weekly event where we get the bread for the week, both brown and white bread. Very important to support local produce especially during these more difficult (COVID-19) times!

One of the few bakers in Haarlem is Rijkenberg where bread still tastes like real bread.

Very good real bakery with delicious breads, biscuits and cakes. The Christmas stollen, butter turban, pigeon tomcat, Christmas wreath and apple fritters were also delicious this year.
