Taxi company Marcus was not at the agreed time on location in the city of the taxi company itself (IJmuiden). I have booked a taxi for 6 people a few hours in advance. After telephone contact when there was no taxi, telephonist Esther informed me rather laconically that they were around the corner (?), Then that they were later because a taxi company has to deal with traffic (??) and that they have the reservation would remove. No solution was offered after I reported that the 6 people were walking and no apologies. Worthless customer service.

Super service! After I called Taxi Marcus they were with me within 5 minutes. Nice new car and the driver neatly opened the door for me. I am very satisfied.
