Not enough signs where to find items, very slow cash register service.

Lots of bolts. Recently reorganized.

Rude expensive shop. Half of the personel seems doesn't know what's going on (lucky other half is very good skilled, having board knowledge over products). Very often is hard to find anyone from personel to guid You and if You really need to ask them somethink, You need to wait ages to get anyone. Good side is: It's quite huge offer, so usualy I can find there what I need, people are very friendly and the shop is very clean. It just could be much more cheaper.
