I have been allowed to experience quite a few lawyers (and sometimes have to) in a variety of specialties. Rarely was I impressed, at least: not substantively. If you think carefully and logically and look at things from various perspectives, you will often come a long way. It is often a matter of strategy. But yes: you are confronted with legal language and the correct procedures. You still need a specialist or a 'translator' for that. How different is this at Frankfort Sluis. Accidentally bumped into me, and with every contact I think again: "Oh yes, that is also a good one! I hadn't looked at it that way at all, how smart ... Or: how neat, and sensible!" Incredibly educational and fascinating to experience. Apart from the fact that I think Ramon is very strong in terms of content, also a big compliment to the human factor, the 'soft skills'. A great empathic ability coupled with a lot of experience, clear human knowledge, a professional attitude (and follow-up), drive to come to solutions, love for the profession and a sympathetic person. Which I think you want to have better stand next to you than in front of you. For me: a relief to be allowed to work with and always to know in the neighborhood. Chapeau!
