Not really deserving of a star, because I had a bad feeling after my visit to the store. Brought my bike for a repair, asked the mechanic, who had repaired my bike, what the costs were. He consulted with a colleague who said that there were no costs involved. He brought my bike to the exit, when another colleague / boss, who was helping a customer, shouted from the store that I had to pay 20 euros. A very unpleasant way to deal with customers. For me it's not about the 20 euros, but you don't treat customers that way. My tip: make agreements about rates, but do not do so in the presence of customers.
