Contacted this company by telephone with the request to repair my gas heater. Mr. indicated that he only had room in the 1st week of December (4 weeks later) and told me to send me an email to confirm. 4 weeks later, I have not received a response and no one has visited, so I will contact you again. The answer is: We are too busy, the schedule is full. We cannot help you. Extremely disappointing .. Then let me in the previous 4 weeks that it will not work, then I would have had the time to hire someone else. So you are looking for a punctual plumber who will keep his promises. Then I would look a little further.
