Makes oral agreements, tender wrong, hires subcontractors without mentioning it and if the work is not completed as orally agreed he leave you completely down, does not respond to app or phone, and comes up with the message "I have no one so late it so". After insisting we got back at least part of the amount paid in advance but the loss he has caused is many times larger. He himself also did some connection work where he just saws a hole in the ceiling in a ridiculously sloppy way! Really, don't cooperate unless you want problems.
