We settled on a Yuzu tart and a Chocolate Caramel tart - both were the most delicious pastries we’ve EVER had! Truffles were great too! Friendly and welcoming owner. What a fabulous experience visiting this shop and eating their perfectly crafted, heavenly delights. All I can say is yummy and I can’t wait for our next visit.

Great patisserie with beautiful and delicious pastries (yuzu / ivory is an absolute must). They also have the tastiest bonbons from Bussum.

What a great Patisserie this is, do you have something to celebrate or do you want a special cake for your Wedding Party, get it at de Ridder in Bussum. Afterwards if you would like the cake again, they have the data again for a separate occasion. (50th birthday or else.) Toppers !!

How nice that the online delivery service is now available. Fresh quality banquet, what a delightful pleasure! Always neatly and festively packaged and personally delivered to your home by the baker. And it is true, the level of the confectioner / pastry chef is really many points higher than that of a mixed company (bread baker), let alone supermarket. I would love to spend a few extra euros on that !!

Very unfriendly owner and all really "self" made recipes years ago has stolen in a very nasty way from the predecessor of Remy in Blaricum, Patissier Frank. My tip is, take the effort and go to Remy in Blaricum. There everyone is friendly and the really self-invented and self-made products are of high quality🍀️❣
