Good chocolate birthday cake!

Came into the shop this afternoon and a lady was cleaning a lot. I thought I'd give her time and looked around. Said hello but received no answer and she continued to brush through incredibly grumpy. I then stood at the counter for 3 minutes but was completely ignored. I repeated "hello" in a sweet tone, she clearly knew I was there and kept on brushing and ignoring. I then said "I will not buy" and ran away. Wanted to buy a nice birthday cake but I do ask where else can it be in Aalsmeer. Found this so unbelievably rude and really am my apropos. No matter how bad your day is; always stay professional with your customers. Update after the owner's response: Just looking around is really different than waiting a few minutes at the counter and staring at a grumpy person who refuses to help. Anyway, it would have been nice if she had said "good afternoon" back when she arrived. There was absolutely no miscommunication.

especially the lady who is always there, Mon, Tue, Thu and Friday is soooo friendly.
