I have my accounts in ING Belgium for a long time, and wanted to deposit some cash into my account. They were completely impolite and for any sentence that I spoke, their only response was 'i can't help you' without even bothering to look at me. I had better hopes from ING. It's all under the same EU and Benelux, found a bit strange that ING Belgium and ING Netherlands operated like 2 different banks. But most importantly the attitude at the bank was really poor.

Bad service. I have been often to be helped and always the same employee (tall Dutch young with side hair and short hair) behind the counter who had wrong treatment, had recently opened an account, unfortunately I only received a password and no pass after three weeks I hear that the pass was still with them and the date has expired, even the wrong telephone number in keys with our ing internet banker example my number starts with 06 .... and it refers to 02306 it is literally unbelievable how someone is not serious about their work because that this office was closer, I went there, but unfortunately built up enough experience rather to Heemstede top Servies

Rude employees. Queue is endless and they close before closing. This branch needs a complete replacement of the employees. I have hereby decided to change banks.
