Might be friendly and nice but very limited service. Sadly Abn has a very limited physical banking presence and this makes visiting in person quite difficult.
Totally non existing service. I would have preferred to give zero stars. They don't pick up the phones. They do not do what they promise. Very bad as we live abroad.

The worst cheap-a*s bank in the Netherlands...holding even UWV sickness money till the last minute. Would of give them -1 but it's not possible
After having an account for a while and offered legal insurance through the bank, I can sum it up as garbage service! The legal insurance avoid handling any cases you put forward with evidence to them, very unfriendly to expats and english speakers!! hang up multiple calls!
On top of that ABN AMRO has the nerve to send a letter filled with lies about them supposedly warning me prior that there is a limit to the number of cases that can be open under their legal insurance, and set an own risk, without any of my consent or receiving any warning, or initially told there were such limit. Avoid this bank like fire, and any of their BS services.
